While the Premier League season kicks off this weekend, teams will still be looking to take advantage of the transfer window and I am sure the big teams will be drawn into one or two disputes and bidding wars over some of the big names from abroad. These players can command a big price fee but as they are mostly untried in the Premier League, clubs will have to take a risk to employ them.
The big clubs have already spent big money in the current window but I can sense that a few more expensive signings are in the pipeline before the summer is out. Teams targeting a top-four finish, the Premier League title or even going for the Champions League trophy know that recruiting new talent could prove crucial to the success of their season.
I have put together a list of the top ten players who I believe will soon be making the move to the Premier League, whether that is in the next month, or in the next few years. It is likely that in the 20 days before the transfer window slams shut, many of these players will have linked with moves to English Premier League clubs and some will be gracing their presence in the top tier of English football.
